Magnaflux Daraclean 212

A foaming, all-purpose neutral cleaning solution meant for a broad spectrum of soils, Daraclean® 212 is formulated with a blend of surfactants, emulsifiers, and corrosion inhibitors, and is safe to use on most metals, while being non-aggressive with aluminum and titanium alloys. It boasts excellent soil-rejecting qualities, suspends soils and is designed to be filtered and skimmed to extend the cleaner’s life beyond that of emulsion-type cleaners.

Daraclean 212 is designed for immersion, ultrasonic and steam methods of use, in concentrations up to 25 percent. Meets or exceeds most aerospace industry specifications for aqueous cleaners, and comes in 5 and 55 gallon containers. Foaming action provides superior cleaning of blind holes and complex structures, but is not suitable for spray applications. No phosphates or silicates mean that Daraclean 212 meets environmental requirements in critical applications.

Magnaflux Daraclean 235

Daraclean® 235 is a low-foaming, neutral cleaning solution for general use on a broad spectrum of soils and safe to use on most metals, non-aggressive on aluminum, brass, copper, titanium and zinc alloys. Soil-rejecting properties suspend soils in the solution and can be filtered and skimmed to extend the life of the cleaner much further than emulsion cleaners.

Designed for immersion, spray and ultrasonic and steam applications in concentrations up to 30 percent. Formulated for use on exotic materials and specialty plating, including LOX system components. It is a neutral pH cleaner, complete with defoamer, and has no silicates or phosphates. Use Daraclean 235 on aluminum, anodized aluminum, brass and bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, nickel, superalloys, plated metals, titanium and zinc alloys. 

Magnaflux Daraclean 236

Daraclean® 236 is a low-foaming, all-purpose neutral cleaner for a wide range of soils and safe to use on most metals and removes tarnish from brass, bronze, and copper alloys. Excellent soil-rejecting properties keep soils suspended until solids settle and oil and grease coalesce and float, to be removed by filtering or skimming, which extends the life of the cleaner much further than emulsion-type solutions.

Daraclean 236 is designed to be used in immersion, ultrasonic, spray and steam processes in concentrations up to 30 percent. It is a neutral pH cleaner, complete with defoamer, and has no silicates or phosphates, and is also highly tolerant of hard water. Daraclean 236 is compliant with aerospace specifications and removes oils, machining fluid, synthetic coolants, buffing compounds, railroad and axle grease, and can also be used on sealants and heavy oils.

Magnaflux Daraclean 282

A low-foaming, all-purpose alkaline cleaning solution, Daraclean® 282 is an excellent cleaner for a broad spectrum of soils.

This multi-purpose industrial cleaner has excellent soil-rejecting properties and suspends soils until they settle and can be removed by filtering or skimming, for a cleaning bath which lasts much longer than other water-based cleaners.

Daraclean 282 can be used in concentrations up to 25 percent (20 percent for CARB compliance) in immersion, ultrasonic, spray and steam applications.

Moderately alkaline, with low foam levels, Daraclean 282 contains inhibitors to prevent metal corrosion, and has no phosphates and is hard water tolerant.

Magnaflux Daraclean 282GF

Daraclean® 282GF is a high performance cleaner for a broad spectrum of soils. A low-foaming all-purpose glycol-free alkaline cleaning solution with a unique blend of surfactants and corrosion inhibitors, it meets or exceeds the specifications for most aerospace applications for aqueous and alkaline cleaners.

Daraclean 282GF is designed for immersion, ultrasonic and spray applications, and is safe for use on most metals. It is non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys, and can be used in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is moderately alkaline with low foaming levels for use in spray applications, contains inhibitors to protect metal surfaces from corrosion and it is also tolerant of hard water.

Daraclean 282GF is formulated with soil-rejecting properties, which suspend the solids in the cleaner after lifting them from the test material. When the soils have settled out and lighter greases coalesce and float, the cleaner solution can be filtered and skimmed, extended the effective lifespan of the cleaner significantly beyond an emulsion type cleaner.

Magnaflux Daraclean 283

Daraclean® 283 is a low-foaming, powerful alkaline cleaning solution formulated for use on a broad spectrum of soils, composed of surfactants, emulsifiers, and corrosion inhibitors. It is safe to use on most metals and is non-aggressive towards titanium alloys.

Daraclean 283 has excellent soil rejecting properties that remove soils, then allow solids to settle and lighter grease droplets to float. The solution can be filtered and skimmed to extend its life much further than emulsion-type cleaners.

Daraclean 283 is designed for immersion, spray and ultrasonic applications, in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is tested and certified to meet or exceed aerospace specifications for aqueous alkaline cleaners. High alkaline chemistry is aggressive on soils, and low foam levels can be used in spray applications. Daraclean 283 contains no phosphates and is highly tolerant of hard water, and its inhibitors prevent corrosion on metals.
